NSCDC STATE COMMANDANT WAS INVITED TO THE CIVIL MILITARY COOPERATION (CIMIC) PROGRAMME AT AKARIGBO PALACE.

The State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Ogun State Command Headquarters, Abeokuta, Mr. Kolawole Taiwo, was at the Civil Military Cooperation’s programme (CIMIC) at the Conference Hall, Akarigbo Palace on Wednesday 18th of August 2021.

The programme is at the instance of the Brigade Commander, 35 Artillery Brigade, Alamala, Abeokuta, Brigadier General Adewale A Adekoya.

The purpose of the initiative is to first establish and ensure Civil Military Relationship.

Apart from that, the programme is also geared towards forestalling all forms of vices amongst the youth: Cultism, banditry, internet fraud, armed robbery, incessant road accidents caused by drunk driving and negligence, drug abuse, female molestation and a whole lots of outlawed activities across the country.

The State Commandant  presented a paper on “Danger and Consequences of Pipeline Vandalisation” along Nigeria pipeline routes most especially, in Ogun State.
