*OUR DEEPEST CONDOLENCE*

Dr. Emeka Rollas MON National President, Actors Guild of Nigeria, expressed his profound sadness in a statement as he joins in mourning of the passing of Pastor Patience Umo Eno the first lady Akwa Ibom State.

The statement reads;

“I join in mourning the passing of Pastor Mrs. Patience Umo Eno: the amiable wife of the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, His Excellency Pastor Umo Eno.

The departed Matriarch was an epitome of Godliness, an amazon and beacon of light whose radiant light brightened humanity. Earth has lost a gem; the Celestial realm has gained an angel.

To the Governor, His Excellency Pastor Umo Eno, the First Family, members of the Akwa Ibom State Executive Council and the people of Akwa Ibom.  I, on behalf of my immediate family and the Actors Guild Of Nigeria commiserate with you on this very grievous occurrence. I share in this very precarious moment.

It is shocking and appalling. It is even more difficult to conjure inspiration at this material time, but as Christians, we shall always seek refuge, counsel and hope in the Scriptures, when faced with despair and frightening realities.”

The statement further reads, “Do not fear, for am with you; do not be frightened, for I am your God, thus says the Lord in Isaiah 41:10. Our gaze and hope areon God. He alone will guide us as we this very difficult phase and reality.
