Published 17th January

Emirates is embarking on a pioneering initiative to become the world’s first Autism Certified Airline. As part of this journey, the airline is inviting customers with autism and sensory sensitivities to experience its tailored services and hospitality. This commitment aims to make air travel more inclusive and accessible for all, providing a seamless and personalized experience that caters to diverse needs.

Emirates is poised to receive the inaugural Autism Certification from the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) in the near future. This milestone will be achieved once over 30,000 Emirates cabin crew and ground staff complete the comprehensive training program, equipping them to provide exceptional support and services to customers with autism and sensory sensitivities.
