..Enhancing Public Trust: IGP’s Promise of Improved Police Service

The Nigeria Police Force has been recognized for its outstanding efforts, with Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Ph.D, NPM, receiving an award for the Force as the Most Improved Service Delivery Parastatal in Nigeria for 2024. The prestigious award was presented by the National Coordinator/CEO of SERVICOM Presidency, Mrs. Nnena Akajemeli, accompanied by other SERVICOM staff, in acknowledgment of the Force’s remarkable progress in service delivery.

In a statement signed by the Force spokesperson, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi on Tuesday, Nnena Akajemeli praised the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) for its exceptional progress in service delivery, particularly in 2024. She highlighted that the NPF’s efforts to enhance customer service, as outlined in its service charter and workplan, have been remarkable. Akajemeli emphasized that the award bestowed upon the NPF was a well-deserved recognition of its merit, acknowledging significant improvements in various areas, including the development of a customer service workplan designed to positively impact Nigerian lives.

The Inspector-General of Police (IGP) expressed his gratitude to SERVICOM, under the presidency, for recognizing the Nigeria Police Force’s efforts.
