…..SIFAX Group’s Dr. Taiwo Afolabi Marks the Christmas Special Season with Joy and Thanksgiving

In a grand display of gratitude and appreciation, the Chairman and Managing Director of SIFAX Group, Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, recently hosted the spectacular 2nd edition of the company’s annual Christmas carol and thanksgiving service. The event, which took place on December 12, 2024, at the Lagos Marriott Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos, was attended by dignitaries, staff, business associates and friends of the SIFAX Group.

The theme of the event, “I Will Rejoice,” set the tone for a night of praise, worship, and thanksgiving. The event began with an opening prayer by Pastor Taiye Olayemi of Ever Increasing Ministry, followed by a brief exhortation by Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, Lead Pastor of Trinity House Church, Lagos.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Taiwo Afolabi expressed his joy and gratitude to God for the success of the year. He described the event as a night of grace and not just a thanksgiving. “We are here to dance to the glory of Almighty God,” he said. “I want to seize this opportunity to welcome all our associates, friends, family, and more importantly, our father in the Lord.”

Afolabi recalled that the maiden edition of the program was held last year to appreciate God for the success of the SIFAX conglomerate. “It can only be God, and it has been God all the way,” he said.

One of the highlights of the night was when Afolabi and his family took to the dance floor, dancing to the glory of God as the stage was electrified with performances by different gospel artists. The atmosphere was filled with joy, praise, and thanksgiving as the congregation sang and danced along to the music.

The night of thanksgiving and praise was a moment of unity, as people from different tribes, denominations, and languages came together to worship and thank God. The event featured performances by renowned gospel artists, including Abosede Akande, Adeyinka Alaseyori, Chigozie Wisdom, Titilayo Eyinjujesu, Beejay Sax, and Bidemi Olaoba, among others.

Dignitaries present at the event included Nigeria Customs Comptroller Babatunde Olomu, Apapa/Wharf,  Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, Mrs Nike Akande, some Lagos State Commissioners, business associates, Pastor Taiye Olayemi, Dr Taiwo Afolabi and family, other important dignitaries not mentioned.

The event was a testament to Dr. Taiwo Afolabi’s commitment to his faith and his desire to give back to God for the success of the SIFAX Group. It was also a demonstration of the company’s values of gratitude, humility, and appreciation.

As the night drew to a close, the congregation was filled with a sense of joy, peace, and gratitude, they dont want the program to wind down. It was clear that the event had achieved its purpose of thanking and praising God for the success of the year.
