There was big celebration in Ajangbadi area of Lagos on Saturday as friends and well wishers gathered at the new planet hotel to celebrate the immediate past Divisional Crime Officer (DPO) Ilemba Hausa Police Divisional Headquarter, Lagos State Police Command, Apostle Idowu Samuel a Supritendent of Police (SP) Who officially pulled out of Service after putting thirty five years in the Service.

The retired officer is presently a traditional ruler with the title of the ” Baale of Ishagira -Elete kingdom in Ojo local government area Lagos state.
During the ceremony, the retired officer reflected over few dangerous experiences which he encountered during the course of Service to the nation. One of the various experiences was when dare devil armed robbers attacked the Ilemba Hausa Police Division Ajangbadi, and by the grace of God the Division overcome the ulgly incident.

Another bad experience was when a dangerous snake entered his trouser in Nasarawa State but he raised alarm and his colleagues came to his rescue as they brought out the snake and kllled it.
He was full of praise to Almighty God for keeping him alive and making him sound and healthy without any sickness. The retiring Police Officer was grateful to the DPO Ilemba Hausa Police Division SP Jacob Gana who he described as a wonderful officer full of respect. He thanked the DPO for all his support for him, he further appreciated the other Officers and men who had supported him for making his carreer successful.

Moreso, the Divisional police officer SP Jacob Gana, on behalf other officers and men of Ilemba Hausa Police Division Lagos State Police Command presented a token amount of money to the retired officer. While other guests presented some gifts items to the retiring Officer.

Further more, In a separate interview, the younger brother to the retired officer Mr Adewale Adesina described the retired officer as a leader and full of wisdom. He prayed that Almighty God will give the retired officer wisdom to rule his community now that he is fully back to serve and reign as the Baale in their kingdom.
