You Will See God’s Wrath If You Eat What Belongs to People” – Primate Ayodele Slams Ekiti Gov.

The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has warned Ekiti State Governor Abiodun Oyebanji not to embezzle the trucks of rice that the federal government distributed to states across the federation to alleviate hunger in the country.

Gov. Ekiti,  Abiodun Oyebanji

Primate Ayodele issued this warning on Wednesday at the grand finale of his charity engagements in Ikere-Ekiti, where he planted a church earlier this year. The event was attended by the Ogoga of Ikere-Ekiti, Oba Samuel Adu Adejimi Alagbado, and his chiefs, the chairman of Ikere-Ekiti LGA, Olu Adamolekun Egbejoda, the Iyaloja-General of Ikere-Ekiti, and several other notable personalities.

The prophet stated that Oyebanji would face God’s wrath if he received the 20 trucks of rice and failed to distribute it to the people. He emphasized that the rice is meant for the people and should be sold in rural markets at very low prices to benefit many indigenes of Ekiti State.

The man of God also cautioned members of the House of Assembly, House of Representatives, and local government chairmen in Ekiti State not to “eat the sweat” of innocent citizens if they don’t want their lives to become bitter.

“If Governor Oyebanji has received the rice, he should take it to rural markets and sell it at a low price. If he consumes the people’s sweat, God will question him, and he will face God’s wrath. The House of Assembly members don’t know what they are doing. Roads are bad, and there is no development in rural areas despite having representatives. If they eat the sweat of the people, their lives will become bitter.”

Primate Ayodele also stated that Governor Oyebanji will have a second term in office but noted that the next governor of the state should come from Ikere-Ekiti. He warned the governor not to play politics with Ikere-Ekiti to avoid the wrath of God.

“An Ikere-Ekiti indigene will be the next governor of Ekiti State. He will bring comfort to Ekiti as a whole. Governor Oyebanji should not play politics with Ikere; if he does, he will face the wrath of God. No one should compete with him for a second term; Ikere is next. If not, he will face God’s wrath.”

During the three-day charity program, Primate Ayodele, who has conducted about six palliative market initiatives where food commodity prices were drastically reduced, engaged in further philanthropic activities. These included empowering women with sewing machines, grinding machines, hair dryers, financial support for students, business support, and a brand new tricycle, among other things.

A half bag of rice was sold for N15,000, 5 liters of vegetable oil for N2,000, 6 kg of rice for N3,000, a bag of wheat for N1,000, semolina for N2,000, a carton of noodles for N3,000, and several other items.

In response to the Prophet’s benevolence, the LG chairman of Ikere-Ekiti, Olu Adamolekun, expressed his appreciation to Primate Ayodele for his love toward the people of Ikere-Ekiti. He assured that he would do his best to ensure that the current government in Ekiti listens to the needs of the people of Ikere-Ekiti. He shared how Primate Ayodele’s church has become his place of prayer while encouraging the people of Ikere-Ekiti to support the prophet’s church by attending services, as the hand of God is evident in the ministry.

“The God of Elijah is wonderful. We are home, and I am not being political. We will do something for this community very soon, and as chairman, we will work on the roads in this area. We have known about this church for a long time. I attend RCCG but go to Lagos to pray at Primate Ayodele’s church because God answers prayers there. Indeed, the God of Elijah is good. This is where we come to pray secretly. All of my staffers are here, and we have iyalojas here too. Each time he shares his New Year prophecy, the nation shakes because God has been using him. Let us come to salvation; I know the amount of help he has rendered.”
