“Don’t misquote me, I never said Atiku would win the election, I said he was God’s choice”- Primate Elijah Ayodele.

The Spritual Father/leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has refuted claims that he prophesied the victory of former Vice President and Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar would win the February 25 presidential election.

The prophet elucidated that he only said  that Atiku was God’s choice, adding that Nigerians might not vote for God’s choice.

However, he warned Nigerians to brace up for more challenges later, Primate Ayodele said the sudden removal of fuel subsidy would cause more pain and hardship to the masses.

He stated “The consequences of the removal of the fuel subsidy will cause hardship. They should have removed it technically, so that it would not affect the people that badly. As they removed it and this will affect Tinubu’s government. It is going to cause more hardship than what we were experiencing before,”

How Tinubu should handle the issue of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu- Primate Elijah Ayodele.

Primate Elijah Ayodele has denied any predictions about Atiku Abubakar winning the presidential election.

Furthermore, there is a plea for President Tinubu to release Nnamdi Kanu as his freedom is seen as crucial for achieving peace in the South-East region. The belief is that without Kanu’s release, the South-East will continue to face challenges in attaining lasting peace.

He said “President Tinubu should release Nnamdi Kanu, the incarcerated leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

“Kanu’s freedom will be instrumental to the return of peace in the South-East. Peace will remain elusive in the South-East as long as Nnamdi Kanu is held in custody.”

He also insisted that peace would elude the South-East of Nigeria until the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu is released.
