ACP ADEBAYO ADEOYA B.A ( HONS ) ENGLISH PSC ( + ) a newly promoted Assistant Commissioner Of Police.

ACP Adebayo Adeoya hails from Ekiti State, attended the Prestigious Christ’s School Ado – Ekiti from 1983 to 1988 .

In 1990, ACP Adebayo Adeoya furthered his education into the higher institution in Ondo State University Ado – Ekiti, where he graduated and obtained his degree in English, B.A ( HONS ) in the year 1997.

He also served in the NYSC Scheme in Niger State in 1998.

He was appointed into the Nigeria Police Force on the 1st May, 2000. He has served in different capacities in the Nigeria Police Force.

He has served as a Directing Staff in CENTRAL PLANNING AND TRAINING UNIT ( CPTU ), POLICE STAFF COLLEGE JOS from 2007 to 2011 , a period of 4 years.

Then, he equally attended different courses and later got PSC ( + ).

ACP Adebayo Adeoya led the Nigerian Contingent to Sudan, UNITED NATIONS MISSION IN SUDAN ( UNMIS ) in 2008 where he later became the overall Nigeran Contingent Commander.

Moreover, he has served as a Divisional Police Officer in 17 divisions that cut across 6 different State Commands.

He was one time MOTOPOL, in Oyo State Command from 2011 to 2012.

Now, he has just been promoted to the rank of an Assistant Commissioner of Police from DPO Surulere Division, Lagos State Police Command.

He is happily married to Mrs Afolakemi Adeoya with lovely children.
